Refund policy
Scheduled Services/Consultations
If you have paid in full and cancel at least one hour prior to your appointment, you will receive a refund for the total amount paid, minus the deposit.
No refunds will be provided after services are provided.
All Physical Products
We have a no refund policy on all physical products except Obi orders. If the item is defective please see below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (For Damages)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Obi Refunds/Returns
Obi refunds will only be given for obi that contains mold upon receipt. This does not include dry or brown obi. A picture must be sent to obi@oloriscorner.com within 2 days of receipt to determine if obi is eligible for refund, and if return service is required. If return service is required, cost of shipment will be the burden of the buyer unless deemed otherwise.
